After many years of researching and accompanying the Energy Development Support program sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and GIZ organization (Germany) to survey wind potential in Quang Binh, we have built, developed and operated successfully one of the largest onshore wind power plant clusters in Vietnam.
